BOOKING POLICY
Clear terms, quietly stated.
Luxury should never mean uncertainty. These are the terms that keep your date protected and your morning calm.
Reserving your date
A signed service agreement and a non-refundable 30% retainer are required to reserve any bridal or event date. Dates are held on a first-confirmed basis and cannot be held informally.
The retainer is applied to your final balance. The remaining balance is due seven days before the service date.
Minimums
Saturday and holiday-weekend wedding bookings carry a $500 service minimum during peak season (May through October).
On-location bookings require a minimum of three services, including the bride.
Travel
On-location service is included within 25 miles of Mercerville, New Jersey. Beyond that radius a travel fee is quoted in your proposal at $1.25 per mile round trip.
Bookings requiring a start time before 6:00 AM, tolls, parking, or overnight accommodation will have those costs itemised in advance never added afterwards.
Timelines
A written morning timeline is provided two weeks before your date. Please allow 75 to 90 minutes for the bride and 45 minutes per additional guest.
Late arrivals or additions on the day may shorten service time. Services added on the day are accommodated only when the timeline allows and are billed at standard rates.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should your date change, one reschedule within twelve months is honoured subject to availability.
Cancellations within 30 days of the service date are billed at 50% of the contracted total. Cancellations within 14 days are billed in full.
Previews
Bridal previews are held in the Mercerville studio on weekdays and are scheduled two to four months before the wedding.
Additional previews may be booked at $125 each. Please arrive with clean, moisturised skin and inspiration photographs if you have them.
Health & comfort
Please disclose allergies, sensitivities, or recent skin treatments at the time of booking. Brushes and tools are sanitised between every client and disposable applicators are used for lip and eye products.
If you or anyone in your party is unwell, contact the studio immediately so arrangements can be adjusted.
Studio & event bookings
Studio services booked through Vagaro follow the platform's cancellation window. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% late-cancellation fee.
A card on file is required to hold all studio appointments.
