For more than 21 years, Ashanti has built her career around one belief: beautiful makeup should enhance the woman wearing it, never overwhelm her.
Her experience spans prestige beauty, professional makeup artistry, and licensed esthetics giving her a unique understanding of both the artistry of makeup and the skin beneath it. Throughout her career, she has worked with women across a wide range of ages, skin tones, textures, and beauty preferences, from women who rarely wear makeup to those who love a more elevated, glamorous finish.
Today, Ashanti brings that experience directly to her clients through private, on-location bridal and special event artistry. Every look is thoughtfully customized, with particular attention to skin, complexion, balance, longevity, and how the makeup translates both in person and on camera. But the experience is about more than the finished makeup. Ashanti is known for bringing a calm, professional presence, thoughtful attention to detail, and personalized care to the time her clients spend in her chair. Her philosophy is simple: polished, not painted. You should still recognize yourself, just beautifully refined.
Based in Mercer County, New Jersey, Ashanti is available throughout New Jersey, Philadelphia, Delaware, and for select destination celebrations.
