APPOINTMENTS
Thank you for your interest in Ashanti Rose Pro Beauty. Please read the following guidelines and policies before booking an appointment. OUR POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED!
MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.
All appointments require a deposit or pre-payment. All booking fees will go towards the cost of service. ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! NON-REFUNDABLE means for any reason.
Before booking, please read service descriptions carefully to ensure you are booking the proper service and time slot. Service adjustments may not be available at the time of your appointment. You are responsible for the service and time slot that you book and will be charged for such. If you have any questions please call, text or email before booking.
Please DO NOT bring additional guests to your appointment! NO children, spouses, friends etc.. that are not being serviced. Space is limited and additional guest will be asked to wait outside.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
Your appointment and time are very important to me. I do understand that life happens to all of us and sometimes schedule adjustments are needed. However, I respectfully ask that you please consider my time as well as others.
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may request to reschedule your appointment one time with the original booking fee. To reschedule your appointment, you must submit an email to ashantiroseprobeauty@gmail.com. All booking fees that are transferred are good for 10 calendar days from the cancelation date upon availability. If, desired reschedule date isn't available a new deposit will be required to book outside of that timeframe. All NO Show and last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) will forfeit any/all booking fee(s). Same day cancellations will be marked as a NO Show and charged the balance due for service amount. Habitual rescheduling will result in prepaid services and/or banned from booking! NO EXCEPTIONS!

LATE ARRIVALS
If you are running late, please give a courtesy call or text for update. Appointments running more than 15 minutes late will be canceled and marked as a NO Show. You will be charged the full balance due. NO EXCEPTIONS!
LASH APPOINTMENTS

Lash appointments are a luxury service and take time. All appointment times are estimated and varies from person to person. Lash refills require 40-50% of lashes intact and should be booked no more than 14 - 21 days out. Anything past that timeframe or less than required lash volume will be considered a full set with or without a lash removal. Lash removal fee will be added to service if required.

NO REFUNDS
​
Refunds will not be provided for any services rendered or product(s) sold for hygienic purposes.
